When will I receive my order?
Orders are packed every Wednesday. Allow up to 7-10 business days to ship. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking email. Delivery time depends on your location within the US or PR.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship domestically within the United States and Puerto Rico. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future!
When will my TikTok/Instagram packing video be posted?
Packing videos are usually posted within 1 week of your order. Videos are posted in order received — one per day. You'll be notified when yours goes live!
Can I customize my scoop?
You can share your bias and any preferences in the order notes — we'll do our best to incorporate them! Keep in mind every scoop is a mystery surprise so customizations can't be guaranteed.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since every scoop is uniquely hand-packed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.

• Orders may be cancelled or refused for reasons including product availability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be guaranteed.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We are thrilled to offer FREE shipping on all orders to the US & PR! No exceptions.
Young Forever Scoops is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Holidays
• Incorrect addresses provided by customers
• Events beyond our control
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
We will provide a tracking number for your delivery.
3. Return & Refunds
Due to the nature of certain products, all sales are considered final.
